My vision and my mission

My Vision is that music will continue to be a key subject in the Waldorf school.  Music has a unique possibility to influence children and adolescents in each development phase and my goal is to convey joy, sensitivity and creativity that will contribute to their positive development. 

Let me quote Wolfgang Wünsch (composer, teacher and lecturer in the Waldorf movement) from his book "The creative power of music": When we play music together, we always touch the border between the spiritual and the physical sensible world and then more or less consciously experience our spiritual origin. 

My mission is therefore to be able to inspire and guide a musician in a qualitative and well-educated manner in the direction of the vision above.

Here's what my offer looks like

 
– To visit you in your work at school.

– Give feedback on the teaching.

– Provide adequate guidance on vocal repertoire taking age into consideration.

– Give ideas about improvements and suggestions for teaching.   

– Follow-up as desired.

– Provide consultation by telephone. 

– Provide inspirational workshops if desired in the form of dance or any current theme in music for one or more classes, your college or institution.

– I consider myself best in class 1-6, but I have also experience in music education for all ages. I have worked with orchestra grades 5-8, choir in the middle school and high school and I have taught music history in class 11.

– I teach gammeldans (a variety of old dances from different countries) and folkmusic dances from Sweden and other countries.
